How do I get to The Woods of Indian Run?
Directions from I-270:
Located in a prime location, with a single entry from Coffman Road, The Woods of Indian Run is a very secure and safe neighborhood.
- Take the US-33 EAST/OH-161 EAST exit, exit number 17A on the RIGHT, towards DUBLIN. Drive 0.2 miles. Merge onto OH-161 E. Drive 0.6 miles. Bear LEFT to turn onto FRANTZ/POST RD.
- Turn LEFT onto FRANTZ/POST ROAD at first light.
- Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto POST ROAD.
- Drive 0.6 miles. Turn RIGHT onto EMERALD PARKWAY/COFFMAN RD at second light on Post Road.
- Go through intersection at EMERALD PARKWAY and stay on COFFMAN ROAD
- Drive 0.8 miles. Turn RIGHT onto FOREST RUN DR.

How can I get a replacement mailbox?
There is only ONE approved mailbox style for the WIR neighborhood. It is available through Cedar Craft Products, Inc. and the model is the Duffy Style 6x6. You can visit their showroom or contact them directly to order a replacement box:

Note: The Duffy mailbox model is often in-stock at our local Rousch Hardware located at 373 West Bridge Street. Call first to check availability - (614) 764-8900.
Standard stain color: Osmose semi-transparent stain, color = cedar, color number is 3131. Mailboxes may also be stained to match the trim on your home.
Numbering: Only the black metal numbers of the orginal size may be used to display your house number. If yours need to be replaced, consider re-coating them with black spray paint instead.
When is the annual members' meeting?
Thie annual members' meeting is held in the Fall of each year (typically the first Sunday in November held at the Dublin Public Library) and is conducted according to the Regulations of the Association.
TopWhat is the annual fee?
This annual membership fee has been set at $130 per household. Annual payment is due in the Fall of each year. Each Homeowner is required to be a member and to pay the annual assessment fee. Dues notices are typically placed in each mailbox in November to be paid no later than the end of the year.

To maintain the architectural and aesthetic consistency throughout the neighborhood the Covenants require that all homeowners use only following approved replacement parts for light post and mailbox repairs.
